How I do order?

To order from our Shop is very easy!

Step 1 - Choosing, rummaging, buying

On the left side of the page on the screen, you can see the navigation menu.

With a product range of more than 2000 articles, it was necessary to create a structuration in order to simplify navigation for you. This having been done, you here first see our product categories.

Some the entries are somewhat darker and have a round arrow symbol. In these cases, we are dealing with the upper categories , which are again subdivided.

If you click one on one of these entries, the menu is extended to the subdivided lower category (somewhat brighter).

With every click on a switching surface without a round arrow symbol, all the products listed therein appear in the middle section of the page.

Here you see first a short description and a picture of the product.

If you want to see the price of the article and then perhaps place an order, click on the link"Modelle&Preis einblenden"

In most cases, the product is offered in several different variations, e.g. nail varnish is obtainable in approx. 240 different colours.

In the middle of the table on the screen there is a switch or link which, if actuated, will connect you to the page where you can choose from the different variations offered.

Alternatively, just use the arrow under the picture to switch to and fro.

The shopping basket can be found on the right side of the screen at the top.

The articles and the corresponding prices will appear on the screen. Please note that these prices do not include forwarding costs.

Directly under the shopping basket, you can see the status- window. Here it is indicated that you are in the process of buying.

Step 2 - Having a look at the shopping basket and proceeding further

If you found and into your Warenkorb put all articles, you would like these to probably again look at and work on.

Nothing easier than this! In the status-window simply click on “2 check”.

The number "2" lights up immediately and, in the middle section, the shopping basket appears again.

You can change now the number or the variation of your products, or you can delete products of your Warenkorb completely.

Please you remember, after a change also on the button “change” to click, so that the changes can be taken over!

Step 3 - Proceed to the cash register/order

When you are ready with your shopping basket, you can either click on the button "to the cash register" or on "3 Order" in the status-window.

Since we need your name and address to execute your order you will, of course, first arrive at a registration mask.

A registration is free-of-charge and noncommittal!

State a password now, so that the next time you wish to buy products you can skip this procedure and only have to enter your e-mail address and password.

Your data will only be stored for this purpose and will not be given to a third party.

You will now arrive at the purchase-order-form in which you can list your requirements, and where you also have the possibility of changing your address data and/or stating a different delivery address. Here please also select the term/method of payment.

Please also read our general terms of business. The acceptance of these terms (AGB = algemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) is a prerequisite for the order.

With a concluding click on “send order” you have now ordered your articles.

You will receive a confirmation of your order and, if you wish, you can print it out.

In any case you will, however, receive an e-mail from one of our coworkers with a summary of your order and, if necessary, with further information regarding the terms of payment as well as information concerning the execution of the order.
