Revocation instruction

If you withdraw from your order within a period of 6 weeks after receipt of the goods, we are no longer bound by contract to your order.
The reason for the withdrawal need not be explained and can be made in writing (an e-mail will do) or by returning the goods (at our risk).
To observe the time limit for returning the goods, it will suffice to dispatch the goods on:

For returned orders exceeding the amount of 40 euro, we will bear the postage/delivery costs incurred.
This does not apply in the case of complaints. Here our .................... apply.

Returns

Our agreement must be obtained, before any goods are returned. Furthermore, returned goods can only be accepted if the consignment is complete and undamaged, and the original packing material is also in perfect condition.

Damaged and/or dirty goods will not be taken back. Neither can such goods be exchanged.
|
For every return and also for every exchange, we charge a handling fee of 15% of the net commodity price (a minimum however of € 20.00) unless, of course, the return or exchange is justified due to an error of fault of ours (according to General business conditions).

A voucher indicating article number(s), number of pieces, invoice number and delivery note number with which the goods were received must be attached to the returned consignment.
|
|
Returned goods for which the postage/delivery charge has not been paid will not be accepted by us.
