General terms and conditions

By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms of delivery and payment. Deviating conditions of the purchaser have no validity, unless they are accepted by an expressly written declaration from Nail Design Euro Discount.

1. With the new edition of these prices all preceded prices lose their validity.

2. We deliver from 3,90 Euro net (4.52 Euro gross)  up to 1kg. Please learn the exact delivery costs from our delivery costs list. By means of the set products in the shop, the total weight of your order is calculated automatically. Before dispatching, your goods are weighed once more. If, the actual weight of the order is lower than it was calculated in the shop, the by you overmuch paid amount will of course be refunded. If the weight is higher than calculated, the remaining difference will not be charged additionally by us.
When paying "cash on delivery", a cash on delivery fee of 7,00 Euro (gross) per package arises.

3. The delivery takes place as soon as possible. If bottlenecks occur at our wholesalers or manufacturers, the delivery may delay. If this is the case, you will be immediately informed by our assistants.
The dispatch takes principally place on cash on delivery. A simple payment on advance is possible (You save cash on delivery charges)
Deliveries abroad can only take place on advance payment.

4. The delivered goods are our property (Nail Design Euro Discount), until complete payment is made.

5. According to § 26 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG 1977, 1. Page 201) the supplier informs the purchaser that the necessary data of the purchaser for the execution of the commercial course of business, are being saved. We refer here to our Private policy.

6. Complete deliveries are for the account and risk of the purchaser. Transport damages must be immediately reported to the transporting agent a´s well as to us in written form. As proof of perfect packaging suffices the unobjected acceptance of the goods by the transporting agent.

7. Complaints and notice of defects can only be considered, if these are reported to us in written form within eight workdays.

8. For justified complaints, exchange or credit note can be demanded, incidental freight costs are on our charge and will be refunded by us, further requirements are excluded. Wrong ordered goods and opened articles are because of hygienic reasons from return and exchange excluded. Carriage forward return won't be accepted, if complaints are justified, the arisen postal charges will be refunded to you afterwards. Moreover, we refer here to our cancellation policy.

9. The compliance to certain delivery periods which delays occur through no fault of us own, e.g. force majeure, strike, difficulties of the delivery firm or the production service are excluded from compensation claims. See also point 3 of the general terms and conditions.

10. All products are thoroughly tested and are being used thousandfold of times without any problems and successfully employed. However, the application takes in any case place on the authority of the customer. We assume no liability for damages of our products which come up by inproper application. Recommendations of use and application are without engagement.

11. Versions/Patterns, package, prices are subject to change. Availability reserved.

12. The product photos and illustrations in the Shop may depart slightly from the appearance of the products (illustration resembling). Especially considering the color, colors may depart from the color of the products due to the color settings of the output device (computer monitor, printer...).

13. At fairs and special sales, other conditions than here indicated may apply.

14. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is for both parties in Dueren.
